Assessing the Quality of connection in the current environment

We employ a proprietary qualitative assessment to discover the narratives prevalent in the current environment and to determine how they are shaping behavior. We identify critical gaps and conduct executive team interactive sessions to prioritize action.

Organizational Mediation

We work with leaders to close the connection gaps in the organization. We address issues both vertically, between executive and operating leaders and horizontally, across functions. We provide the initial “glue or grease” required to effect progress toward goals.

Connector Coaching

We provide one-on-one coaching with key leaders helping them to better understand the dynamics at work in the organization and how to harness them. We help individual leaders to better forge connections and build healthier operating environments.

Developing leaders

We recognize storytelling as the primary currency of connection within organizations. We have developed a proprietary workshop entitled “Storytelling: A Leadership Essential” which we deliver to executive and senior leadership teams.
